So I go to put MO2 into Portable Mode (after removing the "Skyrim" folder and nxmhandler.ini file from the MO2 folder in AppData), and it gives me these three error messages: Which is fine and dandy, I'm guessing I can just run that in Portable Mode and then just put it back into the mode I normally use.
